Disabling Smart Filter Mask

The "Disable Filter Mask" command lets you turn off a smart filter mask temporarily, as we did it with ordinary masks.

On the screenshot, the smart filter affects the entire layer, because its mask is turned off. The red overlay is turned on to show the mask shape.

To turn on the disabled mask, you use the "Enable Filter Mask" command.
