Dirty Spots

This script does exactly what its name suggests - it splashes "mud" all over the image.

The number, sizes, and positions of the spots are defined at random.

The mud color depends on the image contents. However, if you set blending mode of the "Dirty Spots" layers to "Normal", all the splashes become black.

To fade the splashes, just reduce the layer opacity (screenshot).
